Harris is our newest member of the team and he is an Insurance Account Executive specializing in Business and Franchise insurance. Harris is a recent graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a BA in Marketing. During his time at SLU he was a member of the football team for five seasons, Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and SGA. He is a young, driven, and outgoing individual who is committed to serving and building long lasting client relationships.
Taylor Close is an Austin “native”, having grown up here since the age of 10. Taylor attended Texas A&M University where he studied management. His education led him to a career in banking with JP Morgan, but after five years in the corporate world, Taylor was approached by Program Insurance Group president, Doug Groves to join his team.

Andrea Denton joined Program Insurance Group in January of 2016. She graduated as part of the class of 2013 from Texas A&M University and earned her certification in public accounting shortly thereafter. Following several years in tax preparation and planning for large corporations, she decided her talents lie elsewhere and made the move into the insurance field.
She brings to the agency a focus on the client experience, leadership skills, attention to detail, and networking capabilities. Seeing her father, an independent agent, develop connections, have a fulfilling career, and garner the respect of the community, she’s seen how valuable and rewarding the work of an agent can be. Andrea is an avid reader and enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors with her husband Wesley.
Doug Groves is the force behind Program Insurance Group and its affiliate EZ@CERTMGMT.COM. Doug has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. With his multi- faceted background as an Area Developer for multiple franchises, Doug brings the expertise of the franchise industry to Program Insurance and Certificate Management Services. He maintains ownership in three insurance agencies and continues to do franchise development. He has a wife, three adult children, and is an avid outdoorsmen. Doug is passionate about philanthropy and is filled with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Dwight Groves, CLCS is a commercial insurance account executive for Program Insurance Group and a brand manager for EZ@CERTMGMT.COM. Dwight was previously with Oldham Goodwin Group, a full service brokerage and property management firm, and his responsibilities included managing the day-today operations of 26 commercial properties, reviewing their risk exposures and securing competitive insurance proposals for those properties.
Dwight Groves has achieved his Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation and is working towards his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. He is also very active in his local community and has served as the president and board member for the Kiwanis Club of College Station. He has also served as community outreach director for the Rotary Club of Aggieland.
Heath is an insurance account executive for Program Insurance Group and a brand manager for EZ CERT. In 2010, he graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Marketing. His degree led him to Austin to work in sales at a local TV station for 3 years. Heath then followed his entrepreneurial spirit and moved to College Station where he owned and operate a local restaurant franchise for a number of years. With that experience, Heath gained the knowledge of the franchise industry and the ability to connect with other franchise owners regarding their insurance needs. Heath is actively involved in the local community, regularly attends ribbon cuttings for local businesses, and sits on the board for Young Professionals of Aggieland.
Robert W. Lilljedahl
Robert is an Austin native, he holds a culinary degree from The Le Cordon Belu, a Bachelors in Science from Oklahoma State University, and a Certificate in Risk Management from Stanford University. During his college years he was the President of Kappa Alpha, and a varsity letterman in Horse Back Polo. After college he started to follow his passion for adventure by receiving his PADI Dive Masters Certification, and FAA Airline Transport Pilot License. Currently he serves the community by operating an air ambulance service out of San Marcos TX.
Robert started his insurance career at Austin’s oldest brokerage, William Gammon Insurance. During his time there he became an expert in Professional Employment Organizations, HR outsourcing (PEO for short). In 2013 he partnered up with Doug Groves to open Aviation Insurance Brokers.
